Barrier casing.

Is intended for the production all kinds of cooked sausages like sausages with a topping, pates, ham casing, processed cheeses, dairy products and etc.

Lexalon — The properties of the casing are optimal for the most widespread use of meat-packing plants.

Lexalon Tc — Lexalon type Tc multilayer, barrier polyamide casing. A distinctive feature of this casing is the easy peeling. During the cutting the casing peels off the sausage spiral. It is firmer to a ladder.

Lexalon C — A distinctive feature is extension the shelf life of finished products by adding of barrier EVOH layer.

Lexalon B — Lexalon B is a multilayer barrier polyamide casing for pressed ham. It is designed for meat products manufactured in molders.

Lexalon P — Lexalon P easy peel casing, intended for minced meat with a high percentage of meat
replacement.

Lexalon R — Lexalon R is a multilayer barrier polyamide casing. It is designed for the production of sausage products in the net and giving an individual form to a sausage link.

Lexalon K — Lexalon K is a multilayer barrier polyamide casing. It is designed for the production of sausage products in the form of a bung.

Smoke-permeable casing.

It is designed for the production of all types of cooked, semi-smoked and smoked-cooked sausages produced under technology including smoking (smoke cooking).

Slava-Lux L — The casing has a matte surface and high elasticity, with long shelf life of fi nished products and low permeability.

Slava-Lux R — It is designed for the production of all types of cooked, semi-smoked and smoked-cooked sausages molded in a net with long shelf life of fi nished products and low permeability.

Slava-Lux P — It is designed for the production of all types of semi-smoked, smoked-cooked and cooked sausages and hams produced under technology, including smoking (smoke cooking). The casing has express matte surface.

Slava-Lux Z — Is a smoke-permeable multilayer polyamide casing. It is designed for the production of all types of semi-smoked, smoked-cooked and cooked sausages and hams produced under technology, including smoking (smoke cooking). The casing has high permeability and allows to increase the shelf life of finished products.

Slava-Lux M Prestige Престиж — It is designed for manufacture of cooked sausages, its properties are similar to those of cellophane casings and allow increasing the shelf life of a finished product up to 30 days.

Slava-Lux KC — The casing can be used for the production of semi-smoked and cooked-smoked sausages. SLAVA-LUX KC is a casing with high permeability, which allows achieving a pronounced smoking effect.

FibroLux — It is designed for the production of all types of semi-smoked, smoked-scalded and cooked sausages produced under technology including smoking (smoke cooking). The casing has unique rough surface.

It is meant for the production of Frankfurter thick short sausages and small sausages.

Caralon — It is meant for the production of Frankfurter thick short sausages and small sausages.

Lexalon Mini — LEXALON MINI is a multilayer non-permeable polyamide Frankfurter casing of enhanced
strength and elasticity. It is meant for the production of Frankfurter thick short sausages and small sausages.

Slava-Lux GP3 — It is designed for the production of Frankfurter casing, thick short sausages and mini sausages produced under technology, including smoking (smoke cooking). The casing can be used as an alternative to cellulose Frankfurter casings. It has enhanced smoke permeability and peeling capacity, it is designed for high-speed production lines.

Slava TV — Vacuum shrink bags “SLAVA TV”. They are designed for vacuum packing of sausages and meat delicatessen, both as portioned pieces and in sliced form, portioned pieces of meat, poultry and their semi-fi nished products, fish products and semi-fi nished products, portioned corrugation of cheese and cheese without ripening.

Slava SB — Vacuum bags SLAVA SB. They are designed for vacuum packing of perishable foods (meat and sausages, fi sh, seafood, poultry, cheese) and their semi-fi nished products, fi sh products and semi-fi nished products for signifi cantly prolongation of shelf life and preservation of the attractive appearance of food products.

Slava VB — Bags for packaging products in MGA “SLAVA HB”. Slavaform — Bottom thermoforming films. It is intended for the products in a vacuum or modificated gaseous fluid like: chilled or frozen meat, meat products, poultry meat (chilled or frozen), cooked meat, meat delicacy, fish(chilled or frozen), seafood ( chilled or frozen), half-finished products, cheeses and bakery products. “Slavastretch” — It is intended for use as packing for fresh cooled food products (poultry, vegetables and fruits) on automatic lines. Due to unique characteristics of PVC material, the stretch fi lm wraps the packed product creating a skin effect.
